Q: Do I need a prescription to purchase your products?
A: No.  Our products are not considered drugs and thus you do not need a prescription.  We do recommend you contact your physician or primary care provider before adding any supplements to your diet.

Q: Will my insurance cover the cost of your products?
A: Because our products are not prescription drugs; they are not covered by most insurance plans. If you have a question about what is or is not covered by your health care provider, you should contact the provider directly.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Our products are manufactured in the United States at facilities that meet or exceed FDA standards required for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Our products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date it is manufactured. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place - 15 - 30° C (59 - 86°F). You should also protect the products from heat, light, and moisture.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders for our products can be placed in 2 ways via telephone or via internet. You may call our toll free number: 800/970-7593 and place your order with one of our customer service representatives. You may also order online by clicking on the Order Now button. Your order will be placed via a secure website to ensure that the information you provide is protected.

Q: How do I receive my order?
A: We ship all orders via UPS. You have the option to choose next day air or 2 day air shipping. Orders completed before 4:00 PM EST will be prepared for shipping that day. Orders completed after 4:00 PM EST will be prepared for shipments going out the following day. Saturday and Sunday shipments are not currently available.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Depending upon the shipping option you choose, you can have your order within 1 – 2 days. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will be scheduled for delivery on the following Monday.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes. Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED! We are so confident you will be satisfied with our products that we offer a 100% money back guarantee on your initial order. Please read the statement below:

I understand that if I am not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receipt of my initial order, Natural Herbal Products, LLC., will upon my written e-mail request, refund 100% of the amount charged to my credit card less the cost of shipping. If my initial order was for a 90 day supply, where shipping was free, then I understand that there will be a 20% shipping and handling fee deducted from the amount refunded. Further, I agree to return, at my expense, any unopened product on 60 and 90 day orders prior to my refund being issued. I further understand that I may cancel my order by 4:00pm EST, of the date of order. For orders placed after 4:00pm EST, I may cancel my order by 4:00pm EST of the following day. I realize that if I have mistakenly provided an incorrect address, and the order was shipped to that address, I will be charged on my credit card an address correction fee of $15.00.
