I am aware that Natural Herbal Products™ distributes only natural supplements and NOT prescription medications. I fully understand that any of the natural products sold by Natural Herbal Products™ cannot guarantee the results I seek. I acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to me as to the results as there is no known product that gives 100% satisfaction to everyone, nor are there any guarantees against unfavorable results, risks or complications. I understand that I am buying these products with the full knowledge that I may not benefit from its use.

I have full knowledge that no one can predict as to whether I would or would not have any adverse effects since every individual has a unique biological/chemical make-up. I understand that all possible risks and/or complications do not need to be explained to me, nor do I consider this practical or even possible because risks and complications may occur that have never been recorded before. I hereby release Natural Herbal Products™, LLC and all of its employees, contractors, manufacturers and affiliates from any and all liability whatsoever associated or connected with the use of any Natural Herbal Products™ supplements and any adverse effect that I may suffer from consequently, if any, on account of that use.

I agree to promptly contact my personal physician for any necessary care and medical intervention, in case I have any difficulties or possible complications as a result of the use of any Natural Herbal Products™ supplements. I further agree that it is my responsibility to have routine physical examinations to ensure that I have no diseases and to ensure that no adverse effects develop on account of my supplements. I further agree that it is my responsibility to immediately notify my physician, whose present care I am under, that I have chosen to take herbal supplements.

Credit Card Billing

I authorize you to charge my credit card towards the purchase price of the supplement I am ordering including any shipping fees. I am aware that my Credit Card statement will reflect the charge by your company Natural Herbal Products™, LLC.

Return Policy

I understand that if I am not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receipt of my initial order, Natural Herbal Products™, LLC, will upon my written e-mail request, refund 100% of the amount charged to my credit card less the cost of shipping. If my initial order was for a 90 day supply, where shipping was free, then I understand that there will be a 20% shipping and handling fee deducted from the amount refunded. Further, I agree to return, at my expense, any unopened product on 60 and 90 day orders prior to my refund being issued. I further understand that I may cancel my order by 4:00pm EST, of the date of order. For orders placed after 4:00pm EST, I may cancel my order by 4:00pm EST of the following day. I realize that if I have mistakenly provided an incorrect address, and the order was shipped to that address, I will be charged on my credit card an address correction fee of $15.00.
